We are pleased to announce that MAHMA has entered into an alliance with Ross Business Development and Grace Hill to help bring distance learning to the affordable housing industry.
By combining computer-based training with current instructor-led classes, MAHMA will be able to provide its membership with a more comprehensive “blended-learning” alternative ensuring timely,
cost-effective education.
The MAHMA Learning Center, available online today and developed by the alliance, will introduce training for TRACS as well as Fair Housing, Leasing (both at your property & on the Internet), Hiring Practices, Resident Retention, Sexual Harassment (English & Spanish) and Customer Service. These distance learning classes will be available both online and on CD.
Courses are designed to provide students with an interactive, engaging, media-rich learning experience. A fully functional Learning Management System tracks course history, scores and participation dates.
