Since the inception of the PBCA initiative, Management and Occupancy Reviews have undergone important changes.  This training session provides Owners, Agents and stakeholders in low-Income Housing with the most up-to-date regulations, responsibilities and practices governing the process.  Included in this presentation are changes to HUD Handbook 4350.3, REV1, CHG 3 and how they affect both the PBCA and Owners and Agents; the latest updates to EIV;  and changes implemented by HUD Handbook 4350.1, Chapter 6 updates.  The training also focuses on how best to implement these changes in policy and procedures at the site.  Key to the delivery of this training are case studies illustrating application of these changes at the property level.  Questions submitted prior to the class will be addressed during the training.
